ALP Secretary Alice Villa-Real leads the singing of the National Anthem as well as Prayer Invocation.

ALP President James Kevin Ty gave the Welcome Remarks to the members and guests during the opening ceremony of the National Astronomy Week at the Planetarium.

James also enumerates the various activities that the ALP has prepared for the NAW 2007.

National Museum assistant director for operations Noel Cuevas gives me a warm welcome remark for the ALP and assured the ALP of their full support in the enhancing astronomy in the Philippines.

Noel Cuevas do the honor of cutting the ribbon to open the Astrophoto exhibit at the Planetarium.

The Astrophoto Exhibit also includes actual tektite and meteorite collections of the Planetarium as well as that of ALP Treasurer Allen Yu.

ALPers and guests were fascinated with the fantastic astro-images made by members of the society.

Refreshments and snacks were served to the members and guests during the entire afternoon event.
