ALP Vice President Edmund Rosales is seen here giving some pointers on what to expect when Venus enters the Sun's limb. ALP Team NISMED pose for posterity beside UP-NISMED 16" Cassegrain reflector with 8" refractor used by Edmund to project the Sun image to a white board to view the transit. A projected view of the Venus Transit across the Sun with the 8" refractor can be seen easily by the group despite stubborn clouds obstructing the observation. ALPers wear Solar glasses brought by Jett Aguilar from US to view the Transit safely. A drawing of the Venus Transit from the perception of Jett Aguilar's 6 year old daughter, Julette, when she look through his dad's Nexstar 5i equipped with Baader Solar Filter. The drawing depicts a Venus Transit view through clouds with a telescope. Another drawing of the Venus Transit from the perception of Jett Aguilar's 6 year old daughter, Julette, when she looked at the solar projection image from UP-NISMED 8" refractor.
