January 31, 2015 ALP Monthly Meeting Report

Last January 31, ALP held their monthly meeting at Emerald Garden Restaurant at Roxas Blvd.  Members who attended were ALP President James Kevin Ty, Treasurer and NAW Chairman Andrew Ian Chan, Secretary Christopher Louie Lu, directors Peter Benedict Tubalinal , Edge Lat and Rich Pijuan ; Iah Serna, Shubhashish Banerjee, Saju Pillai, Manu Goseco, Justine Garcia, and new member Alexander Imperial.

Meeting started at around 8:00pm with ALP Treasurer and NAW Chairman Andrew Ian Chan finalizing the ALP NAW 2015 schedules and logistics.  It was also finalized that the NAW opening day event will be held on February 15th (later reset to February 14th) at National Museum Planetarium and closing event at SM Mall of Asia Exploreum.  Both said dates will have a free stargazing session  after the main events at Rizal Park and SM MOA Viking Restaurant Area respectively.  Telescope and manpower logistics were also discussed that evening to determine who are available on both dates.

Meeting ended at around 10:30pm.
