Last November 10, members of Astronomical League of the Philippines held their monthly meeting at Alice’s Residence in Quezon City. Members who attended were ALP President James Kevin Ty and son Kendrick Cole KC Ty ; PRO Alice Villa-Real , directors Peter Benedict Tubalinal and Adi Bontuyan ; members Vince Josef Belen with her mom Alicia Belen and dad Bonifacio ; Mark Go , wife Shara and family.
Meeting started at around 3pm with ALP President James Kevin Ty discussing on the upcoming December 26, 2019 Annular and Partial Solar Eclipse in Singapore and Philippines respectively. The annular solar eclipse can be seen in Singapore as well some parts of Indonesia , Malaysia , Borneo and southernmost area of the Philippines like Balut Islands and parts of Davao and Sarangani region.
